Not to sure frankly, I just made it as requested and filled it with some test information.

I like it. The colors as mentioned are nice. There is nice contrast with the text and navigation. Things are obvious and easy to find, which some people miss when designing a site. Because you have to scroll down a bit, I'm glad you offer navigation on the bottom of the page as well.

The nav text seems a bit large to me though. You also might want to have a smoother bottom edge to the embossed bar on the top. It looks a bit pixelated there.

All in all though, a good design. Thanks for sharing.

I have one suggestion though:
You might consider making the Orange color in the far background a darker orange or a darker contrasting color so that the title banner and the lighter orange part of the page stands out more. Try a dark plum purple a dark rusty red, or a brown and see if it doesn't make it pop out more.

I've just noticed one small technical fault. When you click between "news" and "gallery" and "vips" everything is smooth and when you click between "news" and other tabs the main table inside seems to jump a bit. I think you might want to correct alignment of that main table (or image) on some pages so it is the same everywhere.

idk... it feels a bit too onliney, don't u think? instead of having the outline, try using a black fill for the "Ace of spades". I think it'll give a diffrent feel to the site.
