 DreamWorks Animation
The extremely talented people at DreamWorks Animation have worked on Megamind, Kung Fu Panda, Shrek, How to Train Your Dragon, Puss in Boots and more. Their first movie release was Antz which was released back in 1998.
Dreamworks Animation is based out of Glendale, California in the United States and was founded in 1994 by Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg and David Geffen. They continue to push animation technology to new levels.
 Pixar Animation Studios
Pixar Animation Studios have worked on Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Cars, Wall-e, The Incredibles, Monsters Inc, UP and more. Their first movie release under the Pixar name was Toy Story which came to movie theatres in 1995 and was a huge success at the box office.
Pixar Animation started out as Graphics Group in 1979 until it was purchased by Steve Jobs in 1986 and named Pixar Animation. Pixar is based out of Emeryville, California in the United States and was originally founded by Ed Catmull and Alvy Ray Smith.

 Walt Disney Animation Studios
Walt Disney Animation Studios have worked on titles such as The Lion King, Tarzan, Lilo and Stitch, Tangled, The Princess and the Frog and more. Their first film was Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs in 1937 and their first fully computer generated 3D animated film was Chicken Little in 2005. Disney Animation Studios came late to the computer animation game.
This studio was founded in 1923 under the name of Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio by Walt and Roy Disney. The headquarters for Walt Disney Animation Studios is based out of Burbank, California in the United States.
 Blue Sky Studios
Blue Sky Studios have worked on the Ice Age series of movies, Robots, Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who!, and more recently, Rio. Their first movie release was Ice Age in 2002, followed by Robots in 2005.
This animation studio was founded in 1987 by Chris Wedge and V. Gopalakrishnan, and is based out of Greenwich, Connecticut in the United States.
